In 90's in Volgograd, was a very close-knit community of punks. There are many great punk bands.
May be you know Koleso Dharmy\Wheel of Dharma? They was from there.
I'll post some punk&hc bands from 90's Volgofrad. At firts I want post Picasso Core.
This band is american-style hardcore. I don't love so much american hc bands, and I realy hate nyhc. But I love love this record.
